‘Jigoku Meguri’
The ‘Jigoku Meguri’ (Hells of Beppu) is a major attraction in Beppu.
Many facilities are concentrated here in Kannawa area, including Umi Jigoku, Oniishibozu Jigoku, Kamado Jigoku, and the Beppu Kannawa Jigoku Onsen Museum.
It’s about 1.3 km from our villa, a 20-25 minute walk.

Kannawa Onsen Town
‘Sujiyu Street’ slope is one of the entrances to the Kannawa Onsen hot spring resort area.
It’s a 3-5 minute walk (approx. 280m) to the bottom of the slope.
You can easily stroll through the mystical streets filled with rising steam.
